The Mission of the REACH Foundation is to enrich, inspire and engage learners through educational experiences in collaboration with PYLUSD and our community. The REACH Foundations Grant program is intended to fund education projects, programs, equipment or resource costs for the classroom or district projects that are not funded by the local district and school budgets. Grants will be awarded for innovative, creative or unique projects that enrich or supplement teaching efforts and learning activities that directly benefits PYLUSD students and align to the REACH Foundation's mission and goals.
Shamrock'n Run brings our community together for one great cause ---supporting our Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District students.
685 Runners completed the 5K , 2K or SQUARE obstacle course and about half of our runners, joggers, walkers were 18 or younger. Click below for Race results.
Networking with our Placentia- Yorba Linda Community is a WIN-WIN at the ShamRock 'n Run Community EXPO! A strong showing of 27 Local Business and organizations were a part of this year's EXPO raising $2,000 to support the REACH Foundation programs like the Middle School Track Meet and our elementary school Jog A Thons and more. Our goal is to support and provide learning opportunities for students in Placentia-Yorba Linda school district. We have new afterschool programs this fall through our STEAM Club and are excited to have From the Inside Speaker Series return for it's third year. We look forward to collaborating with community partners to continue to expand our programs and events.
